1. Return Eligibility

You can return an item within 30 days of delivery if:
✔️ The item is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.
✔️ All tags, labels, and accessories are intact.
✔️ The return request is made within 30 days of receiving the order.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items:

Worn, washed, or damaged items due to misuse.
Custom or personalized items (unless defective).
Clearance or final sale items.

2. How to Initiate a Return

2️⃣ We will review your request and provide a return authorization if eligible.
3️⃣ Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping service (return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective).

3. Refund Process

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after the return is processed.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.

Once the order has been processed, it cannot be changed or canceled.
